David Heinemeier Hansson will join Greaves Motorsport for the second round of the European Le Mans Series at Imola.

Heinemeier Hansson has seen success in his short international motorsport career thus far, including two victories in the 2012 American Le Mans Series LMP2 class. He will be joining Greaves Motorsport regular Tom Kimber-Smith, the 2011 Le Mans Series Drivers Champion and a three time class winner at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

“We are pleased to welcome David to the team”, said Greaves Motorsport manager Jacob Greaves. “He brings a high level of experience and speed for a driver rated as Silver by the ACO. We will be aiming to repeat our success at Imola, having won the last endurance race there in 2011.”

The second round of the European Le Mans Series at Imola will take place on Saturday 18th May, with qualifying in the morning ahead of the three hour race, starting at 4pm local time.
