Multiple Crashes Cause Red Flag In Manx GP Qualifying

This evening’s Manx Grand Prix qualifying session was red flagged at around 7:50pm after four seperate incidents on the the course at Ballahutchin, Kerrowmoar, Ramsey Hairpin and the Bungalow.

Scott Campbell, Ross Richards and Stuart Hall were all involved in the incident at Ballahutchin approaching Ballagarey. Richards and Hall were flown to Nobles Hospital, while Campbell was reported to be OK.

John Leigh Pemberton was also taken to Nobles Hospital following his crash at the Ramsey Hairpin, while Gavin Lupton and Neil Gregory were both reported as OK after their crashes at the Bungalow and Kerrowmoar respectively.

The injuries of the three riders taken to Nobles Hospital were not reported to be serious.
