G50 Champion Huyton Steps Up To G55

1 Mins read

Newly-crowned 2013 Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup ‘G50’ class champion Sean Huyton will make his debut in the premier ‘G55’ class this weekend at Rockingham.

Huyton dominated the under-subscribed G50 class this season, taking fourteen wins in the seventeen races he competed in. That secured the 23 year old his second consecutive Ginetta title, after winning the Ginetta GT5 Challenge last season.

Huyton will run at Rockingham with Academy Motorsport, the team that ran him to his G50 title, alongside double race-winner last time out Matt Nicoll-Jones.
