6. Michael Meadows – 1st in Porsche Carrera Cup GB
Heading into the season as the reigning champion, expectations were high for Meadows to defend his crown with ease – however a new team, and a host of quick rivals looking to dethrone him, meant it wasn’t going to be easy.
Meadows used all his experience in the championship to great effect to bounce back well when races didn’t go his way, with a total of thirteen podium finishes, including a superb eight wins, giving him the honours.
