ART Grand Prix will have a pair of McLaren MP4-12C GT3 on the grid for this weekend’s Blancpain Endurance Season opener at Monza.
The team’s two cars will both contest the premier Pro Cup class of the series, which features three hour races on some of Europe’s top tracks, as well as the Total 24 Hours of Spa in July.
Gregoire Demoustier remains with team from last season to lead the driving line-up in the #98 car alongside McLaren GT works driver Alvaro Parente and Alexandre Premat, who returns to Europe after a tough stint in the V8 Supercars series in Australia.
Also staying with the team after the 2013 Blancpain Endurance Series campaign Andy Soucek is set to be joined by Kevin Korjus and Porsche Supercup regular Kevin Estre in the #99 car.
Team principal Frédéric Vasseur described the combination of the McLaren and the driving sextet as “a powerful technical package and very talented drivers.”
