Breeze Targets Wins To Continue Snetterton Streak

1 Mins read

Carl Breeze is heading into the opening meeting of the second half of the 2014 Michelin Ginetta GT4 Supercup at Snetterton this weekend with race wins his sole target.

The 2012 Supercup champion headed into the five-week summer break as one of the in-form drivers in the championship, with six podiums in the last eight races, including two wins, moving him up to fourth in the championship standings.

After enjoying the time off, the United Autosports racer is now focused on continuing a remarkable winning run at his home circuit, the Kings Lynn native having won at least one race at the circuit in every season since 2007.

“I’m feeling refreshed for the second half of the season,” said Breeze. “With two wins last time out at Croft, I feel we now have the pace to challenge for wins at every circuit and what better way to try and continue that winning streak in my ‘home’ races at Snetterton.

“I will have strong home support from family and friends and that always gives me a little boost to deliver the results. I have every faith in the team that they will give me a really fast race car.”
