Ginetta Star Norris Confirms 2015 MSA Formula Move

1 Mins read

Ginetta Junior Championship front-runner Lando Norris will make the switch into single-seater racing next season as the first driver announced for the new-for-2015 MSA Formula championship.

Norris has been a revelation in the BTCC support series this year, with four race wins and seven other podium finishes for HHC Motorsport taking him to third in the championship and the Rookie Cup title.

Alongside his Ginetta success, Norris also capped off a sterling karting career with victory in the CIK FIA KF World Championship.

It has not yet been announced as to which team Norris will race for, but Fortec Motorsport are widely believed to be the favourites to secure his signature.

“I’m really looking forward to trying something new again next season with MSA Formula,” said Norris.

“It’s a whole new area again for me, but it’s really exciting. Hopefully there’s a lot more to come.”
