Purple WiFi Implemented at MSV Circuits

1 Mins read

On Monday, Purple WiFi announced that it will provide free WiFi access to the public at three of MSV’s circuits: Brands Hatch, Oulton Park and Snetterton, with a further rollout for Cadwell Park planned in 2016.

Internet access is available from pit garages, grandstands and restaurants, and is like no other amongst UK motorsport venues.

“We are pleased to be able to offer visitors easily accessible complimentary WiFi, which we believe enhances their customer experience,” said Gary Carrier, MSV Group IT Manager.

“We acknowledge that it’s important to our visitors to be able to go online during their time with us, as they are frequently here for long periods. Equally, it is good for our business if they take the opportunity to post pictures and updates about race days via their social media channels.

“Another goal of introducing free WiFi at Brands Hatch is to stimulate downloads of our new Brands Hatch Live! Xtra app, which features live tracking and timing, and enables visitors to follow the progress of their favourite teams and drivers like never before.”

MSV-run circuits host some of the most popular events in British motorsport, with frequent visits from series such as the British Touring Car Championship, British Superbike Championship and British GT Championship.
