Patrik Sandell continued his strong start to the 2016 Red Bull Global Rallycross season by topping the times in second practice.

Going 1.2 seconds faster than his pace-setting time in first practice, the Swede headed the Ganassi pairing of Brian Deegan and Steve Arpin who had leapfrogged both Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross Beetles.

The VARX duo of Tanner Foust and Scott Speed ended the session fourth and fifth with Joni Wiman and Sebastian Eriksson again setting the sixth and seventh fastest times in their new Olsbergs Honda Civics.

SH Racing’s Jeff Ward was again eighth fastest with Austin Dyne and Rhys Millen completing the top 10.

Unlike in first practice Sebastian Saavedra was able to post a time, lapping the 0.929 mile circuit in 52.768 seconds.
