Enough Said Rallying duo ready for Woodpecker Stages

1 Mins read

Enough Said Rallying are ready to have both Ford Escort RS1800’s compete at the Woodpecker Stages.

Both Braces Bakery-liveried Escorts will be driven by Jonathan Brace and Team GB Skeet Shooting star Ben Llewellin, the son of double British Rally Champion David, returns to rallying after a year out.

Llewellin said “It’s going to be an interesting first stage having not competed for over a year – I’m looking forward to hitting the start-line though and finding my rhythm.

“The car [Ford Escort RS1800] has recently been re-livered to match the sister car; it looks almost too good to get covered in mud!”

While Brace added “It’s great to have Ben [Llewellin] re-join the team after seeing his fantastic progress for Team GB. As one of the top athletes in his chosen discipline he’s been invited to take part in another ISSF World Cup held in Rome, Italy in October; it’s an honour for Braces Bakery not only to be associated with him but to support his talent.”

“The Woodpecker is traditionally quite fast and grip levels can be a little deceptive in places – it’s always a great event to compete on and I think I speak for Ben when I say the both of us are raring to go.”

The 2016 Woodpecker Stages, which is the thirty-third running of the event takes place on the 3 September 2016.
