Welcome to live qualifying coverage of the 2019 British GT Championship‘s penultimate round on the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit. Two free practice sessions earlier today saw Barwell Motorsport‘s Phil Keen and Team Parker Racing‘s Glynn Geddie set the fastest lap times. In GT4 the honours went to Scott Malvern in free practice 1 and Ash Hand for TF Sport in the second session.

The usual British GT qualifying format will see GT3 cars grace the 2.4 mile Grand Prix layout at the Kent venue first, with the amateur drivers having the first crack at the whip. Ten minutes for the ams followed by another ten minute session for the professional drivers will set the grid based on a combined best lap time of the two drivers. Ams go first for the GT4 session which follows where the grid will be set in the same way.

This live blog will automatically update during the session. There is no need to refresh your browser.
