The fiftieth season of the FIA World Rally Championship in 2022 will be celebrated by the latest edition of the WRC’s official video game, called WRC 10.

The game will embrace the championship’s rich history as well as playing to the strengths of the current entry in the series, WRC 9. NACON and development studio KT Racing have worked to improve the widely praised physics featured in the latest entry, providing players with even more realism. With attention focused on the aerodynamic forces, turbo and braking, gamers can look forward to the most realistic WRC game yet.

The game will feature six historic events, including the Acropolis Rally and Rallye San Remo, meaning the history of the WRC can be replayed over 19 events. Not only that, memorable cars from the last fifty years will also be featured including the Alpine A110, the Group B Audi’s and Lancia’s, the Subaru Impreza and Mitsubishi Lancer’s of the 90s and of course the current generation of cars from Ford, Hyundai and Toyota.

There will be four new events added to the game, with Croatia Rally, Rally Estonia, Ypres Rally Belgium and RallyRACC Rally de Espana all featuring to fully reflect the 2021 WRC calendar. These events can be competed in with a wide selection of 52 official teams that will be competing across all four categories (WRC, WRC2, WRC3 and Junior WRC).

Established WRC drivers such as Sebastien Ogier, Ott Tanak and Thierry Neuville are just some of the drivers playable along rising stars, Kalle Rovanpera and Oliver Solberg.

Players will also be able to create their own liveries and teams in another addition to the fan favourite career mode. WRC10 will be available on 2 September 2021 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. A Nintendo Switch edition will follow at a later date.
