Driver and fans favourite Oulton Park have announced a number of changes to support the strong calendar, which includes the British Touring Car Championship, the British Formula 3 International Series/British GT Championship as well as a double helping of the MCE British Superbikes Championship.

For the first time, fans can now see the action down at the Island hairpin and the ¾ mile section of track from the Island bend, through to the Shell Oil's corner and over Hilltop.

As well as the added Spectator viewing banks, the circuit restaurant Chequers, will have a new menu for the 2010 season, as MSV has taken over the catering facilities for the onsite restaurant, as part of the company's commitment to improve the range, value and quality of food service,, there is also a separate, quiet family camping area.

The Oulton Park circuit manager, Simon Bonser, said about all the improvements “We have worked very hard over the winter to make sure that visiting Oulton Park in 2010 will be an even more pleasurable experience for the tens of thousands of visitors that will come through our gates.

“Over the past few years, more and more spectators have begun to take advantage of our superb camping amenities at the circuit, so it's very important to MSV that our visitors can enjoy tasty food, clean facilities and a quiet and safe environment during their stay.”

The first chance for the fans to see and use the new facilities and taste the new menu will be the Easter weekend, the 3rd-5th April when the British GT/British F3 has their season opening races.
