Raikkonen Crashes Out Of Rally Bulgaria

Citroen Junior Team driver Kimi Raikkonen is out of Rally Bulgaria after a dramatic accident on SS4.

The Finnish driver was lying in fourth place as he entered the stage and 19.5km in to the final stage of the day.

Specific details of the accident are unavailable at the moment but it is believed the Citroen left the road at high speed.

Despite emergency vehicles being dispatched and following cars yellow flagged both Raikkonen and co-driver Kaj Lindstrom were uninjured in the accident.

According to a report on Autosport Citroen Junior team boss Benoit Nogier thinks that the car could be repaired in time for tomorrow’s stages.
