1 Mins read

Red Bull today announced that they have teamed up with technology giant LG as its new ‘Team and Technology Partner’.

LG is already heavily involved in F1, and the company’s logo is regularly displayed the worldwide television audience throughout race weekends as part of a deal with FOM.

The multi-season deal with Red Bull will see LG supply the team with its lastest products. In return, the companies logo will feature prominently on Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber’s cars, race overalls, and helmets.

“We are delighted to welcome LG as a partner to Red Bull Racing,” said Christian Horner, the team principal. “LG Electronics is an extremely innovative company which aligns well with the creative innovation that is demonstrated within Red Bull Racing. This partnership shows Red Bull's appeal to like-minded partners and signifies the progress the team has made in the short space of time to attract premium brands like LG.”
