Alguersuari has another successful day in Barcelona

1 Mins read

Jaime Alguersuari completed a second day of testing for Toro Rosso in Barcelona today, completing 97 laps of the Circuit de Catalunya, and finishing Day Two as the second fastest driver.

The Catalan driver was beaten only by Sebastian Vettel as his team spent the day continuing yesterday’s brake system evaluation and an assessment of different set-up configurations and fuel loads.

This completes Alguersuari’s participation in this third pre-season test session with reserve driver Daniel Riccardo taking over testing duties in the STR6 tomorrow morning.

Sebastien Buemi will be in the car tomorrow afternoon and on Monday, the final day of this Barcelona test.
