New Porsche Carrera Cup GB Cars Unveiled

1 Mins read

Twenty-five brand new Porsche 911 GT3 Cup cars lined up outside Porsche Cars GB at Reading today as they were released for collection ahead of the 2011 Porsche Carrera Cup GB.

The line up represented the biggest display of the race cars ever seen in the UK. The cars are now going to be collected by representatives from all the teams, apart from Lithuanian-based Juta Racing who are collecting theirs directly from Porsche in Germany.

The teams will now begin to test the 450bhp cars ahead of the season's opening rounds at Brands Hatch in early April. There testing will include running at the championship's pre-season test and media day on the new Snetterton 300 circuit on Tuesday 22nd March.
