Ferrari test driver Marc Gené showed off the 2010 Ferrari F10 yesterday at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, an experienced he described as ‘an absolute honour’
The car, which in the hands of Fernando Alonso scored five race wins last season, was taken over the hill climb in front of the enthusiastic crowd lining the historic track.
“This is one of the most successful Ferraris and to drive this car up the hill at Goodwood is an absolute honour,” said Gené. “It's really very special for me to be here, and I can tell you that the hill is very very fast.”
There are also several classic Ferraris on display at Goodwood this weekend, including a unique 375 MM from 1953, a beautiful 246 Tasman from 1968 and a superb 312 B3 from 1973. They can all be seen over the weekend in both the F1 Paddock and the Cathedral Paddock.
