Budding sportscar racers Ollie Millroy, Daniel Lloyd, Tom Ingram and Jody Fannin battled it out on Monday (31 October) to win the 2012 Porsche Carrera Cup GB Scholarship.

The four racers headed to the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone for a rigorous evaluation process. After a series of panel interviews, media assessments and fitness testing, the drivers got a test in the latest 450bhp 911 GT3 Cup car on the Silverstone National circuit.

Now there is the anxious wait to find out the winner, which will be announced this Friday (4 November) at 10am. For the first time ever, the announcement will be made online on the Porsche Origin website, which carries extensive coverage of the Carrera Cup GB.
