Sam Tordoff Recently Testing His Team Parker Racing Porsche

After a strong debut season in 2011, Yorkshireman Sam Tordoff has announced he will continue in the Porsche Carrera Cup with Team Parker Racing this season.

Former Clio Cup racer Tordoff took seventh place in the championship in his rookie year and returns looking to build on that and mount a title challenge.

BRDC Rising Star Tordoff commented “It was my dream to return to the Porsche Carrera Cup for 2012 and I strongly feel I can do so as a title contender. To return with Team Parker Racing, who showed in 2011 that their professionalism and ability is second to none, is a great pleasure and privilege. I am really looking forward to working with Stuart and all the Parker team once again.”

Tordoff joins Scholarship winner Daniel Lloyd and fellow returnee Richard Plant in Team Parker Racing’s line up so far.
