Pirelli Announce Tyre Compounds for Three Races After Summer Holiday

1 Mins read

Pirelli have announced the tyre compounds that will be available to F1 teams at the next three races.

At the Belgian Grand Prix, which takes place at the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit at the beginning of September, drivers will have the PZero Silver (hard) and PZero White (medium) tyres at their disposal.

Two weeks later, at the historic circuit of Monza, in Italy, the same two tyre compounds will feature.

However, it will be all change for the Sinagpore Grand Prix at the end of the month. For the night race, that takes place around Singapore’s Marina Bay, drivers will use the PZero Yellow (soft) and PZero Red (supersoft) tyres.

As usual, drivers will get six sets of the harder tyre at each race weekend, and five sets of the softer compound. They will also have four sets of the Cinturato Green intermediate tyres and three sets of the Cinturato Blue full-wet tyre, should conditions require them.
