Denny Makes Porsche Carrera Cup GB Return

1 Mins read

Australian Richard Denny will make his return to the Porsche Carrera Cup GB series this coming weekend at Silverstone and then in the last round of the championship at Brands Hatch in late October.

Denny claimed third in the Pro-Am2 standings in 2011 and will resume his seat with Parr Motorsport having spent the start of this year racing in both Europe and America.

Of his return, Denny said: “I’m excited to be returning to the Carrera Cup. I really like Silverstone and I won on the Brands Hatch GP track last year so I’m really looking forward to coming back to the championship and competing against some old friends.

Parr Motorsport team boss Paul Robe was also happy with the link-up, saying: “We’re very happy to be running Richard again. We’re confident he will be competitive on his return and that he will be able to help us out in the teams’ championship.
