“It is a driver new to GT racing,” said GPRM director Gary Blackham, “and he wishes to embark on a test and development programme in the opening months of 2013, learn some circuits and look at his options before committing to a championship.”
“We are very pleased by the level of interest being shown in the GT86, both from UK buyers and from those in mainland Europe, and we hope very much to be able to announce further sales in the coming weeks.”

GPRM had previously said they had hoped for at least two examples of their new car racing in UK series in 2013, as well as further examples racing in Europe.
