Super GT GT300 cars will be eligible to race in the fifth round of the upcoming Asian Le Mans Series after the Japan based GT Association confirmed the move.
This marks a positive move for the AsLMS as it looks to build it’s profile in 2013 when it is joined by the popular Super GT series racers.

With the number of high-class GT cars that will now be on the track the fans are going to see something very special.
“To be combining with Super GT in this, our inaugural year, is a testament to our ambition , and what we are looking to achieve with the Asian Le Mans Series.” he added.
