Pinder And Fabby Join Expanded Jade Developments For Clio Series

1 Mins read

Double Michelin Clio Cup Road Series race-winner Luke Pinder will partner Jake Honour at Jade Developments for the 2015 season.

Rally driver turned circuit racer Pinder competed as a privateer during his maiden Clio Series campaign last year, taking wins at Brands Hatch and Croft en-route to a top six championship finish.

Pinder now has the Road class championship in his sights for the upcoming campaign, as does his new team-mate, fellow race-winner Honour in Jade Developments’ strongest entry yet.

Their line-up will be boosted later in the year with the addition of Jack Fabby. The team will initially run him in the Junior Saloon Car Championship, which runs on the same package as the Clio Series, before switching to the Clios after his sixteenth birthday.

“We’re delighted to have signed Luke to partner Jake for the Road Series and with Jack [Fabby] set to move up into the championship later in the year, it’s definitely among the strongest of line-ups,” said team boss Sean Cassidy.

“There is no reason why we can’t be on the top step of the podium all season and win the championship. Jake and Luke should push each other along and work well together, while also mentoring Jack in the JSCC before his step-up into Clios later in the year.”
