Cammish Back On Top in Carrera Cup GB at Croft

1 Mins read

Dan Cammish swept back to the front of the Porsche Carrera Cup of Great Britain at Croft, snatching a double pole position, as Josh Webster brought his Team Parker Racing machine back into the fight with two second positions. Third on the grid for tomorrow’s first race is IDL Racing man Tom Sharp with Samsung SUHD TV Racing driver Michael Meadows occupying said position in the second race.

Ignas Gelzinis has continued his superb run of form in Pro-Am1, Juta Racing’s star leading Redline Racing man Jack Falla and Parr Motorsport’s Mark Cole on the race one results sheet, with Team Parker Racing driver Karl Leonard second on the grid for race two ahead of Falla’s teammate Jordan Witt.

In Pro-Am2, John McCullagh emulated his teammate Cammish by taking a double pole, with Juta Racing and Tautvydas Barstys taking two second positions and GT-Marques’ Francis Galashan continuing to show the pace evident since Friday, to take third in race one, a position occupied by Asset Advantage Racing Team man Chris Dockerill for the finale.

Race one takes place at 12:42 and race two gets under way at 16:19. They still can’t catch Cammish. Will they be able to, in rounds seven and eight of Carrera Cup GB 2015, tomorrow?
