60,000 F1-mad locals crowded the Peruvian capital of Lima to see Carlos Sainz in action, with a 2012 championship-winning Red Bull Racing RB8, on a specially-designed course in front of the Palacio de Justicia and running along Avenida Paseo de la Republica.
