Autosport Show Launch For New Ginetta G57 Prototype

1 Mins read

Ginetta will officially launch their new-for-2016 G57 prototype at the Autosport International Show on Thursday 14th January.

The new model, which is based on its current Ginetta-Nissan LMP3, will be on display across the four day event for its public debut.

The G57 will run with a 6.2-litre Chevrolet LS3 V8 engine and an upgraded Xtrac sequential gearbox, with a new look courtesy of a reworked aerodynamic kit.

On-track development work on the G57 has begun, with ELMS LMP3 champion Charlie Robertson behind the wheel last week at Silverstone.

“Myself and Ginetta are delighted to be launching the G57 at Autosport International this January,” said Ginetta Chairman Lawrence Tomlinson.

“The show represents the ideal place to introduce our latest model to the public and celebrate the continued success of the Ginetta Motorsport Ladder.”
