Hoonigan Racing drivers Ken Block and Andreas Bakkerud headed to M-Sport this week to get their hands on the brand new Ford Focus RS RX that they will be racing in this seasons FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy.
The test this week marked the first time that the American got behind the wheel of the new Ford Performance supported Focus RS RX.
The test took place at an Kirkbride airfield close to the M-Sport headquarters in Cumbria and marked the first time the new Focus RS RX was run outside of the factory. Block previous revealed the Focus would be his chosen platform for the 2016 season at the end of his latest Gymkhana video.
Bakkerud was also on hand for the test but it is unsure whether he actually got any seat time during this test. The Norwegian driver has spent the last few weeks with Block preparing for the season ahead.
