F1 drivers reveal their favourite USA road trip music

2 Mins read

Music and Texas go hand in hand, and hosting a F1 grand prix at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a perfect way for the state to bring a little live music to one of motorsport’s greatest spectacles.

Austin is known as ‘The Live Music Capital of the World’ and as such this year’s United States Grand Prix will include a special concert by 10-time Grammy winner, singer, musician, and songwriter Taylor Swift.

Swift will be performing on COTA’s Super Stage after the Qualifying session on Saturday October 22nd, and will be joined by two-time Gramy winner The Weekend, who will provide the closing celebrations on Sunday October 23rd.

To get into the spirit of things ahead of the event, some of the F1 drivers were asked to choose their favourite songs to listen to whilst driving out in the USA, and there are some surprise inclusions on the playlist that was complied.
