Over 60 cars set for 2017 Official Test Day of the Total 24 Hours of Spa

Four weeks ahead of the 2017 Total 24 Hours of Spa, 65 cars will participate in the Official Test Day tomorrow (Tuesday 4 July).

With eight hours of track time available throughout the day, the teams and drivers will be looking to make the most of the preparation time for what is arguably is the greatest GT3 race.

Highlights on the entry list include the #00 Good Smile Racing & Team UKYO Mercedes-AMG, with former F1-driver Kamui Kobayashi leading an all-Japanese lineup.

Bentley Team ABT will get their first taste of Blancpain GT Series action along with the KÜS Team75 Motorsport Bernhard team who will be running former Total 24 Hours of Spa-winner Laurens Vanthoor in their Porsche 991.

Joining the Blancpain competitors will be a selection of British GT Championship cars including Barwell Motorsport and Team Parker Racing as they prepare ahead of this weekend that sees the British series head on its annual overseas trip.

The Official Test Day will see track action from 9.00 to 12.00, and from 13.00 to 18.00. Entrance for the public is absolutely free.
