World RX of Benelux is the third event to be postponed

The third round of the 2020 FIA World Rallycross Championship at Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium is now the latest venue to be postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

As the new directivs that were issues by the National Security Council of Belgium, which also includes suspension of all outdoor events in the country. Have now made that both the FIA, IMG, RACB and the event organizers will re-schedule the event to later this season in autumn.

The new date of the event is provisionally on 3/4 October and the new date will be confirmed by FIA later.

World RX of Benelux is the third event to be postponed from the World RX, earlier the season-opener at Catalunya was postponed and Montalegre got announced some days after.

On 19 April the World RX will be hosting a ESports event which has replaced the season-opener, where fans and professional rallycross drivers will race against eachothers on the DiRT Rally 2.0 game.
