Paasonen and Ferratum Team Unveils the World RX Livery

Jani Paasonen the former works driver for Škoda and Mitsubishi in the FIA World Rally Championship announced earlier this year the he would be entering the FIA World Rallycross Championship with his own team, which is now named Ferratum Team by the main sponsor Ferratum Money that he brought to World RX for STARD last season.

Paasonen is a no stranger to rallycross, he has raced in the FIA European Rallycross Championship before with a variety of different Škoda Fabia, before he made the change over to drive the second car of STARD in the 2019 World RX season at five rounds.

The livery features a bright navy blue base colour with Ferratum‘s own colours of orange and white highlighting the lines of the car, the car was unveiled last week during tests in Finland alongside the transporter.

He recently bought an MJP Racing Team built Ford Fiesta MK7 that he plans to enter the World RX with next season, the engine is a home-built one in Finland he told earlier. He also has plans to enter a car in the upcoming all-electric rallycross format which is planned to be introduced in 2022.
