Carlin’s Kaylen Frederick was fastest in Friday’s opening test session with a time of 1:31.849s. Hitech GP’s driver Kush Maini was second fastest of the session, just 0.082s behind. Ulysse De Pauw made it in the top three once again for Douglas Motorsport.
Hitech GP’s Kush Maini was back on top in the second session of the day with a time of 1:31.945. Carlin’s Kaylen Frederick was just 0.025s slower than the leader, coming in second. Louis Foster claimed the third sport for Double R Racing, just 0.004s off Frederick.
Louis Foster set the fastest time in the third session for Double R Racing with a 1:32.567s. Douglas Motorsport’s Manaf Hijjawi was second fastest wit Foster’s teammate Benjamin Pedersen completing the top three. A red flag from came from Kaylen Fredericks incident meaning that he drivers were stopped from progressing. The session resumed with five minutes still remaining but only De Pauw, Skelton and Varrone went back out on the track.
Kaylen Frederick was the fastest for Carlin in the final session of tasing for Friday. Fredericks time of 1:32.059 was just over three-tenths quicker than Lanan’s driver Bart Horsten who completed the session in second. Carlin’s Nazim Azman completed the top three, just 0.409s behind Horsten.
