The 22-year-old Diego Dominguez from Paraguay has now confirmed he will be back behind the wheel of an M-Sport Poland built Ford Fiesta Rally3 for the 2023 Junior WRC season.

Dominguez will contest his first full season in the one-make series, which will start with the snowy landscaped Rally Sweden in Umeå in February followed by rounds in Croatia, Italy, and Estonia, and rounding up with Greece.

In addition to the JWRC campaign, the Paraguayan will also contest selected outings in the WRC3 series where he has planned to attend rallies in Mexico, Chile, and Kenya. He enjoyed great success in his first season in the series as he took the class victory in the EKO Acropolis Rally Greece.

“I am very excited, we are going to prepare for every Junior WRC and WRC3 event by driving a regional rally beforehand. This will give us the confidence to complete each event with the results we hope for.” Dominguez said.

He will continue his partnership with the experienced Spanish co-driver Rogelio Peñate, who has more than 450 starts in rallying.
