Caterham have today announced that Vitaly Petrov will join the team as a race driver, replacing Jarno Trulli with immediate effect. The 27-year-old Russian will partner Heikki Kovalainen at the team for 2012 whilst Trulli, 37, is now without a drive in Formula 1 after fifteen years in the sport.
