Tomczyk Quickest In Second Practice At Lausitz

Martin Tomczyk recorded the fastest time in DTM second free practice at the Lausitzring. The Audi Sport Team Phoenix driver beat fellow-older-spec Audi driver Filipe Albuquerque (Team Rosberg) by 0.128 seconds.

Oliver Jarvis completed an Audi 1-2-3 by going third in his Abt car. Jamie Green was the quickest of the Mercedes cars in fourth, ahead of the Audis of Miguel Molina and Timo Scheider.

Bruno Spengler and Gary Paffett were seventh and eighth in their HWA Mercedes. Christian Vietoris was ninth fastest in his Persson Mercedes, with Mattias Ekstrom tenth in his Abt Audi.

Tom Kristensen, who went fastest in Friday’s first practice upon his DTM return, could only manage 13th.
