1 Mins read

10-time X Games medalist and US Top Gear presenter Tanner Foust has announced he will compete in four rounds of this year’s FIA World Rallycross Championship.

He will return to Lydden Hill for round 2 in May. Where he has won for the last two years. He will also race in Finland, Canada and Turkey. Where he will be racing against fellow compatriot Ken Block who announced his plans last week.

Foust Commits To 4 WRX Rounds

He will be partnering with the Swedish outfit of Marklund Motorsport that last week announced a three-year partnership with Volkswagen Motorsport in World RX. In Europe Foust will be behind the wheel of a VW Polo Supercar. We will have to wait to see him in his Global Rallycross VW Beetle a little longer!

Foust commented: “I’m looking forward to being able to run some international races in the new FIA World Rallycross Championship this year. It’s been amazing to be a part of rallycross as it has grown over the past few years and I can’t wait to get back out there and race in 2014.”
