West Surrey Racing Reveal 2014 Livery

West Surrey Racing revealed the livery for the trio of BMWs they will run in the 2014 British Touring Car Championship, uncovered during a BMW event in London on Friday afternoon.

The 14 March event staged the unveiling of the livery which WSR’s unchanged driver line-up of Colin Turkington, Rob Collard and Nick Foster will carry for their trio of BMW 125i M-Sport machines during the 2014 season, backed once again by title sponsors, eBay Motors.

Lead driver Turkington, who claimed five victories on his way to finishing runner-up in the 2013 Independents Championship, believes that this season will be as competitive as ever, but aims to end the opening weekend at Brands Hatch with a victory under his belt.

“The level of competition this year is extremely high,” said the Northern Irishman ahead of the new season, Turkington being one of seven champions gracing the 2014 grid.

“But it’s never easy in this championship; it’s never an easy year, so we just have to focus on our own car, and give the best performance each time. It’ll be good to win a race at the opening round, I have that surely in the forefront of my mind.”

The WSR trio will be present next at the BTCC’s official Media day, which takes place at Donington Park on Tuesday, 18 March.
