Fifteen teams on Euro F3 teams pre-registration list

The FIA have announced the teams that have made pro forma entries to the 2015 European Formula 3 Championship, with fifteen teams on the list.

Those teams now move on to the second phase of the registration process, with the final list of entries being announced on March 2nd. The number of entry requests is in excess of fifty, with the FIA having to decide on just who makes the cut and who misses out.

The twelve teams that competed in the 2014 season have made the list for 2015, plus entries from Motopark, ma-con and Artline Engineering.

The second and final phase of the registration process is now underway, and will conclude on February 27th. Five teams have already confirmed drivers for the forthcoming season that begins at Silverstone in April. 2014 race winners Prema Powerteam, Van Amersfoort Racing and Mücke Motorsport have already confirmed at least two drivers each, while Carlin and Signature have also begun forming their 2015 line-ups.
