Hunter Abbott Confirmed Out Of Knockhill BTCC Races

1 Mins read

Hunter Abbott will not compete in Sunday’s Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship races at Knockhill, as his wife Susie went into labour overnight.

The Rob Austin Racing Audi driver was due to start 21st on the grid, but is already en route back to London as his wife went into labour in the early hours of Sunday morning expecting the birth of their first child.

His Audi A4 is expected to be vacant for the trio of races in Fife today, particularly due to the late nature of the situation.
