Fresh from a dominant victory in race one, Colin Turkington will also start the second Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship race from pole position at Snetterton.
The Northern Irishman cruised to a 1.7s victory from pole position in race one, and his fastest time of 1m56.921s was enough to put him ahead of Sam Tordoff for pole in race two – which gets underway at 2:35pm.
Adam Morgan‘s best time from race one was enough to put him third on the grid for Mercedes ahead of Jack Goff‘s fourth place best effort, the top five rounded out by third place finisher, Jason Plato.
Another West Surrey Racing BMW starts sixth, Andy Priaulx starting a place lower than where he finished race one, while Aron Smith and Andrew Jordan were next up for BMR and Triple Eight respectively.
Tom Ingram‘s Speedworks Toyota Avensis will start ninth, while the top 10 is rounded out by Dave Newsham‘s Chevrolet.
Former championship leader Gordon Shedden starts 11th, sharing the sixth row with Honda Yuasa Racing team-mate, Matt Neal.
