Following the entry deadline last Friday November 30, TOCA have announced that the maximum number of entries for the 2019 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship have been confirmed ahead of the new season.
The thirty TOCA BTCC Licenses are held by teams and this is the maximum handed out by TOCA in accordance with the reduction of grid size that the series organisers have set their sights on for the future.
TOCA often keep hold of two TBLs and several new prospective teams have expressed an interest in gaining one of these spare licenses in order to compete. However, they have been denied in order to keep the grid to thirty entries.
