6. Harry Woodhead
Woodhead makes a graduation to the Ginetta GT4 Supercup this season after a simply majestic 2013, in which he dominated early proceedings to runaway with the Ginetta Junior Championship with HHC Motorsport.
The key to his title success was an incredible first half of the season in which he proved untouchable as he won the first ten races in a row. While the wins dried up in the second half, a 100% podium record wrapped up him the title with a weekend to spare to end his Junior career in style.
While Woodhead dominated things last season, it’s going to be a totally different experience for the 16 year old this year as he adapts to a new car, the Ginetta G55 GT4, a new team, Douglas Motorsport, and a new, more competitive championship.
If he can replicate the raw pace and consistency that he showed in spades last season, Woodhead will certainly ruffle a few feathers amongst the returning Supercup drivers, and may well be in podium and race win contention as the season develops.
