The SPEED Energy Stadium Super Trucks are back at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course with a pair of races on Saturday to support the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Shortly before qualifying on Friday, the series revealed the seven-driver entry list which includes regulars and a pair of returnees.

Like with the St. Petersburg season opener in April, Sheldon Creed is in the #2 Continental Tire truck with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series taking the weekend off. The two-time champion swept the St. Petersburg rounds to claim his 37th and 38th career SST wins. Although he has never raced at Mid-Ohio in a stadium truck, he finished thirty-fourth there in his Xfinity début in 2017.

In the #3 will be Aaron Bambach, who makes his return to the series after last racing at Glen Helen in 2018. Bambach, who works as a driving instructor when not racing, competed in SST from 2014 to 2018 with three podiums and a best finish of second in 2018 Detroit Race #1.

Another name coming back is Greg Biffle in the #16. The longtime NASCAR veteran scored a runner-up finish in the first race of the 2019 Mid-Ohio IndyCar-supporting weekend, his second career SST podium. Biffle has three podiums to his name and his most recent start came in the 2019 season finale at Gold Coast.

Robby and Max GordonRobert Stout, and Matt Brabham continue their 2021 campaigns. The elder Robby Gordon and Brabham won the Mid-Ohio Xfinity weekend races in 2019. Max hopes to improve from his best finish of fifth at Road America Race #2 in 2020 and St. Petersburg Race #1 in April. Stout, a series rookie, finished sixth and fifth in St. Pete.

Barring last-minute changes, four drivers from the nine at St. Pete are not returning for Mid-Ohio: Bill HynesBo LeMastusArie Luyendyk Jr., and Jett Noland. Hynes, who is unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, misses his first race since the final four weekends of the 2018 season.

Two races are scheduled for Saturday with the first at 11:40 AM Eastern and the second at 4:15 PM.
