McLaren’s Extreme E team has formed a multi-year agreement with the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). The firm already appears on the team’s car, which starred at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

For the 2022 Extreme E season, heats will determine qualifying rather than single-car runs, with cumulative points earned from the two heats setting the grid for Sunday’s racing, while the points payout has been tweaked.

The 2022 Desert X Prix, held in Neom rather than Al-‘Ula like in 2021, will be held on a track with a very nice 6.9 km in length.
