SportPesa Racing Point F1 team, had a mixed day during qualifying at the 2019 Mexican Grand Prix.
Renault Sport F1 Team, had a frustrating day in qualifying after not running during the third practice session.
ROOKiT Williams Racing had a similar sessions their previous race sessions. George Russell was the only driver to feature in both sessions for the team, as Nicholas Latifi took over in Robert Kubica’s car for the morning session. But it saw them finish bottom of the pile in both sessions.
SportPesa Racing Point F1 team had a mixed day after issues find both Lance Stroll and Sergio Pèrez in the first session at the 2019 Mexican Grand Prix weekend. However, both recovered within the second session as the team fixed both the pairings cars, for both drivers to feel in “good shape” for the race.
Red Bull Toro Rosso Honda had a mixed bag of results across the 2019 Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka over the weekend, as Pierre Gasly came home in the point for Honda’s home grand prix, creating a “special” weekend. Where as Daniil Kvyat recovered, after a bad start to finish in twelfth place.
SportsPesa Racing Point F1 Team caused “confusion” as Sergio Perez crashed on the final lap of the 2019 Japanese Grand Prix at the Suzuka International Racing Circuit. However, Perez’s crash caused teammate Lance Stroll to be promoted into tenth place, only to be demoted again.
McLaren F1 Team paring of Carlos Sainz Jr. and Lando Norris, are looking ahead to the 2019 Japanese Grand Prix, as they aim for a “strong” weekend to continue their 2019 success with the team.
2019 Russian Grand Prix, saw a mixed race for SportPesa Racing Point F1 Team, as Sergio Pèrez took seventh place at the Sochi Autodrom. Whereas, it was a harder race for Lance Stroll as he was in the points for a long stint of the race but saw himself finish down in eleventh.
Aston Martin Red Bull Racing, received a mixed day as Alex Albon hit the barrier in the free practice sessions at Marina Bay. Where as teammate Max Verstappen, managed to show the pace of the car taking first place in FP1 and second in FP2.
Lance Stroll described his weekend in Monza at the Italian Grand Prix, as “a tough one to take” as he slipped out of the points and crashed with Sebastian Vettel.
After a strong fourth place finish by Lance Stroll at the German Grand Prix, last weekend the SportPesa Racing Point F1 Team driver is wanting to “score again this weekend.” as he saw the previous weekend a “Good Boost”
McLaren F1 Team had a good start to the weekend at their home track of Silverstone. However, the laying of the new tarmac in the second resurfacing of the track and the wind, it played a large part in the session of the two drivers.
